By accessing and using Flow RMS, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Flow RMS provides AI-powered operations management software including CRM, quote management, commission tracking, reporting, and related business automation tools.

Account Registration

To use Flow RMS, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into Flow RMS. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You grant us permission to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Payment Terms

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can export your data before cancellation.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Limitation of Liability

Flow RMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
